Terms and State of Return:
Unopend and factory sealed products we exchange the first 30 days after purchase free of charge.
Opend and unsealed products with technical malfunction we exchange the first 15 days after purchase for free after check the faulty product.
Shipping cost for exchange of products need to be paid by the customer.
Free exchange only of technical malfunctions cause by production and not user or other external influences.
No exchange of products what was used longer periods already.
No refund of money. Exchange of the product or shop credit only.
Process for return:
Please contact us and explain us the reason for your return.
If the product should be exchanged because of a technical reason, we need the product back for technical analysis to confirm that the malfunction is caused by the factory and not the user or other external influences.
After the technical conformation we will ship the new exchange product to you.
